Rafeal was great, our flight was early and we were accomodated once the cleaners were done. Everything was exactly as represented. Small outdoor area with table and chairs was perfect for our family to gather and enjoy cocktails. The beach is steps away. Nice quiet neighborhood away from spring break crowd. But close enough to walk to Margaritaville, about a mile down the boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place! I can’t say enough good things about this home. Rafael was a great host and very easy to contact. We enjoyed the private yard for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The beach chairs were clean and ready to use also. I loved that we could walk less than 5 minutes to the beach. The house it self was exactly as pictured and very clean. We have stayed at Hollywood Beech a few times and this was by far the best! We will definitely be back to Rafael’s home.

Rafael could not do anything better truly. First, we were struck by how clean and fresh everything was! I’ve done a lot of airbnbs, this was the cleanest! This home was steps from a spectacular and pristine section of the beach. Crowds were very light during the week. We felt safe, secure, and easy check-in. We loved the location. Rafael was very friendly, responded quickly-all things added up to 5 stars across the board! We will be back!
